Mr. Yang Yibo was borin in May 1962 in Shanxi Province of China.. He is the Deputy Director of Xinjiang Reform and Development Commission. He is also an expert in foreign trade, energy and economic cooperation. Mr. Yang Yibo is a gradute of Xinjiang Finance Univerity and majored in Industrial Economoy. He started his career in August 1982 at then Development and Planning Commission of Xinjiang.
