Andriy Shcherbina
Andriy Shcherbina is currently the Director of Digital Solutions for Commonwealth of Independent States and South East Europe region (CIS and SEE, except Russia), which includes 17 countries.
With primary focus on Visa Token Service and Visa Developer Platform, Andriy is also acting as subject matter expert in the following areas that are foundational for further proliferation of innovations: contactless, money transfers, transit, e-commerce and authentication. In addition to the above and following the demand of the modern world Andriy is managing relations with external partners strengthening the Visa Developer Program via direct collaboration with the fintech and startup community.
Andriy joined Visa in 2011 in the position of Innovation Implementation Manager. Currently focusing on Visa Digital Solutions, during his more than 6 years at Visa Andriy successfully managed dozens of Visa payWave programs (some of them being first in the market), Visa Direct programs, Verified by Visa programs, Mobile Payments programs (NFC wallets) and established strong relationships with different partners and solution providers across the region.
Andriy Shcherbina brings to Visa team over 8 years of experience in card programs development and processing gained at 3 leading Ukrainian banks – First Ukrainian International Bank, Ukrsibbank (BNP Paribas Group) and Bank Khreschatyk.
