Mamuka Bakhtadze
Dr. Mamuka Bakhtadze is a Minister of Finance of Georgia, since November 13, 2017.
Prior to this position worked as a Chief Executive Officer of JSC Georgian Railway from April 1, 2013 until November 13, 2017.
He held a post of Director General at Georgian International Energy Corporation in 2010-2012.
Mr. Bakhtadze was a Supervisory Board Member of the hotel chain “RCHEULI” in 2007-2008. In 2005-2006 he worked as a project manager for Restructuring and Development Agency of JSC Georgian Railway.
Dr. Mamuka Bakhtadze is PhD in Technical Sciences and holds MBA Degree of INSEAD Business School. He graduated with honors the Course of Master’s at Lomonosov Moscow State University and Bachelor’s Class at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Management and Microeconomics.
